DIY Planter Box

A simple diy planter box even the kids can do!

We started with 2-8″ cedar boards 6 feet long. I cut 2 at 18″, 2 the actual width of the board and 1 at 16 1/4″.

I did all the cutting and drilling and my handsome helper put them together.

I put some holes for drainage.

Tada! Some fabulousness from a 5 year old. Only $10 each {we had nails and screws}!

Then my gardener took up where handyman left off. The kids picked out some annuals when we got the cedar boards.

I think they look fabulous!
